Roasts

Select the types of roast you want. If you do not want any roast, or if you only want certain kinds of roast, then the remaining roast will go into hamburger. 

Select the types of Roast you would like to keep

Whole Beef Steaks

1 inch cut steaks and 1.5 inch on Filets are a common cut.

If you do not want all of the steaks or if you only want certain kinds of steak, then the rest will go into your hamburger.
